What is AI Interview Coach?

AI Interview Coach is a chat, not a one-click generator. You pick what you need from eight options: Mock Interview, Prep Tips, Common Questions, Salary Negotiation, Answer Feedback, Behavioral Round, Technical Round or HR Round. You can add the role and company you are targeting, 'Fresher, TCS Ninja' or 'Java developer, Infosys, 2 years', and then you talk to it. In a mock interview it asks one realistic question at a time, waits for your answer, and replies with feedback: what worked, what to tighten, and a suggested phrasing. Then it asks the next one. It is built on Google Gemini, stays on the topic of interviews, and is honest about what it is: practice with feedback, where the feedback is the model's opinion of your answer, not a recruiter's decision. You get ten messages a day free, with no account, and we do not store the conversation.

How to use

1.

Pick the kind of help from the chips: Mock Interview, Prep Tips, Common Questions, Salary Negotiation, Answer Feedback, Behavioral Round, Technical Round or HR Round. The Start button stays off until you pick one.

2.

Type the role or company in the optional box, 'Systems Engineer at Infosys, fresher' or 'Sales manager, 4 years, FMCG', and click 'Start with interview coach'.

3.

Send your first message or tap a starter such as 'Help me answer Tell me about yourself'. In a mock, the coach asks one question; you answer in your own words the way you would say it aloud.

4.

Read the feedback, then keep going one question at a time. Each message you send uses one of your ten daily messages, so a session is roughly four to five questions with feedback.

What people use AI Interview Coach for

A fresher HR round at TCS, Infosys or Wipro

'Tell me about yourself', 'Why should we hire you', 'Are you fine with relocation and night shifts', 'What do you know about our company'. Pick HR Round, say 'fresher, B.Tech 2025', and answer each one as you would in the room. The feedback will mostly be about length and about leading with something specific instead of your school name.

Behavioral answers in the STAR shape

'Tell me about a time you disagreed with a teammate.' Most people answer with the situation and stop. Pick Behavioral Round and the coach will push for the action you took and the result, which is the part product companies and consulting firms are listening for.

Salary talk before a switch

You have an offer, a current CTC and a number in your head, and no idea how to say it. Pick Salary Negotiation, give it the three numbers, and rehearse the sentence. Practising the phrasing once is what stops you accepting the first figure on the call.

Fixing the one answer you keep fumbling

'Why did you leave your last job?' or 'Explain the gap in your resume.' Pick Answer Feedback, paste your current answer, and ask what sounds defensive. You get a tighter version to adapt; keep your own words for the parts that were already working.

Examples

You type

Fresher, B.Tech CSE 2025, interview at Infosys next week for Systems Engineer. Start a mock HR round. Ask one question at a time and give feedback after each answer.

You get

The coach's first question, usually a version of 'tell me about yourself'. You type your answer; it comes back with what worked, what to cut, and one rephrased version, then the next question. Four or five of these rounds is a solid session for one day's messages.

You type

Give feedback on this answer to 'Why do you want to leave your current company?': I have been there three years, the work has become repetitive, my manager does not give growth opportunities, and I want better pay.

You get

A note on which parts sound like complaints about your manager, a suggested phrasing that keeps the same facts but points forward to what you want to do next, and a reminder to keep pay out of the first answer. It is one opinion; edit it into how you actually talk.

Getting better results

  • \u2022Type your answers the way you would say them aloud, unpolished. Feedback on a paragraph you spent ten minutes editing tells you nothing about how you will sound in the room.
  • \u2022Set the role and level before you start. 'Fresher, TCS' and 'five years, product company' get different questions and different standards in the feedback.
  • \u2022Ask for one question at a time. A message asking for 'top 50 HR questions' spends one of your ten on a list you could have searched for.
  • \u2022Push back on the feedback when you disagree: 'I used that example because it shows ownership.' It builds on what you said, and the second version is usually better than the first.
  • \u2022Spread a full mock over a few days. Ten messages is about four or five questions with feedback, which is enough for one round; do the technical round tomorrow.
  • \u2022Practise in the language of the interview. If the round will be in English, do the mock in English even if Hindi feels easier.

Frequently asked questions

Is this really free?

Yes. Ten messages a day, no signup, no card. Each message you send counts, so set the role before you start and have your answers ready to type rather than spending messages on small talk.

Will this get me the job?

No tool can promise that, and this one does not. It is practice with feedback. The feedback is the model's view of your answer, structure, length, clarity, and it can be wrong about what a particular interviewer wants. Use it to notice habits, not as a verdict.

Can it do technical interviews?

Pick Technical Round and name the role. It can ask about your projects, OOP concepts, SQL, data structures and basic system design, and discuss your reasoning. It cannot run code or see your screen, so treat it as practice for explaining things out loud, which is most of what a service-company technical round actually tests.

Can I practise in Hindi?

Switch the page to Hindi and the coach replies in Devanagari. Most Indian interviews run in English, so practise in the language you will be interviewed in; the Hindi mode is useful for understanding a question type first and then switching back.

Does it remember what I said earlier in the conversation?

Within one conversation, yes: your recent messages are sent along with each new one, so the feedback builds on earlier answers and it will not re-ask a question you already handled. Refreshing the page starts a fresh chat, and nothing is saved to an account because there are no accounts.
