NexGen AI Studio does not sell credits, subscriptions, or any other paid product at this time, and does not operate user accounts. Every tool on the site is free to use, supported by advertising, and subject to a daily usage limit shown on the tool itself. Because no payment can be made, there are no transactions to refund.

2. If paid plans are introduced

This page is published so that the position is clear in advance. Should paid plans be introduced in future, this policy will be updated with the applicable refund terms — including any cooling-off period, the process for requesting a refund, and the circumstances in which one would be granted — and those terms will be in place before any payment is accepted. They will not be applied retroactively.
